MAT PLUS
Take the challenge and strengthen your core and change your body! This class will challenge students at all levels (modifications will be demonstrated). This class will use magic circles, bands, weights and more.
   
CORE BARRE

Promotes high energy, low impact and fat burning exercises based on elements of Pilates, ballet and athletic conditioning.

   
Apparatus

Use of equipment to help build core strength, lengthen and strengthen muscles and overall body alignment. Helps to improve form in mat exercises. Max of 5 people.
