MAT PLUS
Take the challenge and strengthen your core and change your body! This class will challenge students at all levels (modifications will be demonstrated). This class will use magic circles, bands, weights and more.
   
CIRCUIT Utilizes all of the equipment, mat included. Approval of instructor required. Class limited to 5 people.
   
CIRCUIT (Beginner)

Teaches the fundamentals of Pilates, utilizing all of the equipment and mat. Class limited to 5 people.

   
JUMP BOARD

Launch, push, balance, press and flow with the Jump Board, getting a cardio workout to include leg burns, stretches and tough ab challenges.  Legs and lower body work extra hard, with the next day having that “worked” feeling.  It will improve your coordination. Class limited to 5 people.

   
Mve CHAIR

Builds strength in legs and shoulders with a challenging workout.  You will put your abs to the pedal and gain core strength and all over body tone, especially upper body. Class limited to 6 people.
