Power Pilates
This class will move you through the various exercises on Reformer, Tower and Chair. Be ready for a complete workout. Prior approval of instructor needed. (Limit of 5 per class)
   
Intermediate/Advanced Mat
Taking the mat to the next level! A fast paced workout with focus on flow and rhythm. Previous Pilates experience required.
   
Open Mat
This is the perfect class for all levels, including those new to Pilates or those wanting to challenge themselves to the next level.
   
Yoga Learn the fundamentals of alignment and the classical standing and seated yoga postures. Flexibility through yoga will greatly enhance your performance in any Pilates class and daily life. This class is great for the beginner or intermediate student.
