MAT PLUS
Strengthen your core and change your body! This class will challenge students at all levels (modifications will be demonstrated). Will use Tower, Magic Circle, Bands, Weights and more.
   
CIRCUIT Utilizes all of the equipment, mat included. Approval of instructor required. Class limited to 5 people
   
MVe CHAIR/ MAT COMBO Challenges students to work at the edge of performance by adding variations and functional challenges which are more demanding in terms of alignment, initiation and focus through the use of the MVe Chair. Class limited to 6 people.
   
MOMMY & ME Firm up & lighten up! Learn fun ways of interacting with your baby while getting a workout, targeting abs, glutes and thighs! Babies 6 weeks of age and older.
   
POSTNATAL Designed to help strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, build core and back power, firm up legs and arms and relieve tight neck and shoulder muscles.
   
PRENATAL Designed to prepare you for natural childbirth with a focus on endurance and core muscles. Alleviating lower back discomfort while toning arms and legs.
